The Construction Project Coordinator role is onsite in Glendale, AZ. Compensation is $40,000–$60,000 per year. First Step Demolition is a veteran-owned commercial demolition contractor serving Arizona.

What you'll do

• Coordinate equipment rentals, deliveries, pickups, trucking, dumpsters, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• request and compare quotes and negotiate rates
• assist with project setup and documentation
• enter awarded projects and maintain project information
• establish vendor accounts
• arrange accommodations and travel logistics
• review invoices and route them for approval
• track deliveries, rentals, reservations, and requests
• provide administrative and logistical support to estimating and operations teams.
