What you'll do

• Lead weekly one-on-one teacher coaching cycles, classroom walkthroughs, co-teaching, and live modeling
• facilitate weekly data meetings to analyze student mastery and plan targeted reteaching aligned with Florida standards
• support implementation of core curricula and pacing guides
• design and deliver data-informed professional development
• collaborate with campus leaders to build an academic culture and support teacher retention.
