What you'll do

• Serve as a shared contact for TechCare calls, customer inquiries, and support tickets
• create, prioritize, route, and track tickets
• review prints, drawings, and parts lists and refer technical decisions to responsible experts
• coordinate shipping, warranty tracking, and supplier follow-up
• maintain feedback and recurring-issue logs
• coordinate improvement initiatives and follow up on commitments
• assist with approved changes and maintain support guides, FAQs, procedures, and records.

Why this role
