What you'll do

• Handle litigation matters involving wrongful death, premises liability, personal injury, construction, and business disputes
• conduct legal research
• draft pleadings and motions
• manage discovery
• argue motions
• attend mediations and trials
• communicate with clients and opposing counsel
• take and defend depositions.
