The Production Shift Lead — First Shift role is onsite in Waterloo, Iowa. Pay is $19.50–$23.00 per hour, depending on feedmill and leadership experience. The shift runs Monday through Friday, 6 a.m.–2 p.m., with two paid 20-minute breaks. The shift lead directs production staff and oversees efficiency, product quality, safety, and cleanliness during the assigned shift. The role coordinates with the Plant Manager on equipment, personnel, and production matters to keep operations running effectively.
