What you'll do

• Represent the owner and advocate for client interests
• lead projects from pre-development through construction and closeout
• coordinate planning, design, procurement, construction, and turnover
• review drawings, specifications, and contracts
• manage budgets, schedules, cash flow forecasts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
• monitor contractor performance and risks
• coordinate project stakeholders
• maintain documentation and prepare reports, agendas, minutes, schedules, and budget updates
• support project safety and quality standards.
