The Project Manager — Critical Projects Group role is onsite at active construction projects throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area, based in Dallas, TX. Martin Concrete’s Critical Projects Group delivers concrete construction for complex infrastructure, including data centers, power generation, and water and wastewater treatment facilities. The project manager leads commercial concrete projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing execution, financial performance, safety, quality, and client satisfaction. The role coordinates field teams, clients, subcontractors, procurement, schedules, and project controls to deliver projects and contribute lessons learned to the group.

What you'll do

• Lead concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• manage budgets, schedules, forecasts, and critical path activities
• coordinate daily operations with superintendents, field teams, clients, and project leadership
• oversee quality, safety, logistics, procurement, and project execution
• manage change orders, proposals, project documentation, and closeout
• identify risks and report project performance to executive leadership.
