IT Technician

Job overview

What you'll do

• Provide Tier 2 support for computers, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
• troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• administer user accounts
• deploy and manage endpoints
• support onboarding and offboarding
• assist with endpoint security and patching
• maintain documentation and asset records
• and help triage and escalate support tickets. Participate in after-hours support and maintenance as needed.
