What you'll do

• Lead month-end, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Own financial accuracy, audits, and GAAP compliance
• Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and fixed assets
• Manage Form 990, NAIS reporting, and audit deliverables
• Serve as SME for PeopleSoft
• Partner across HR/Finance on system integration and reporting
• Oversee cash management and banking activities
• Provide leadership across accounting and shared services.
