Hotel Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Maintain and repair building interiors and exteriors
• clean, lubricate, repair, and maintain equipment
• repair plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, and domestic water systems
• complete work orders and maintenance logs
• troubleshoot and repair physical plant systems
• inspect property
• plan and execute maintenance projects
• coordinate with contractors
• perform scheduled preventive maintenance
• respond to emergencies and follow safety procedures.
