The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Denver, CO, at Sunset Peak, a 184-unit community. Compensation is $23–$25 per hour. What you'll do

• Prepare units for move-ins with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting repairs
• complete work orders within 24 hours as directed
• report emergency work orders promptly
• perform grounds pickup, sweeping, and light landscaping
• manage snow removal in Colorado
• communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and team members
• respond to 24-hour emergency maintenance and on-call responsibilities.
