What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation according to client preferences and care plans
• monitor and record vital signs and report health-status changes
• provide medication reminders and basic health-related tasks in accordance with state regulations
• offer companionship and emotional support
• maintain a safe, clean, comfortable environment and document services provided.
