What you'll do

• Lead daily operations and team workflow

• lead production cadence and pipeline reviews
• improve quote quality, follow-up, and close rates
• oversee service standards, renewals, coverage reviews, cross-selling, and claims triage
• resolve escalations
• document and improve operating procedures
• manage task queues, quality checks, and workload balancing
• maintain clean data across CRM, phones, and e-sign tools.
