Manager, Talent Strategy

**Position Purpose:**. The Manager, Talent Strategy will own the end-to-end strategy for attracting and engaging niche talent at The Home Depot, ensuring our approach is aligned to critical business needs and built for scale. This role will be responsible for developing strategy from insight to execution, leveraging data, market intelligence, and emerging technology to drive measurable outcomes an
