Learning and Development Manager

What you'll do

• Champion learning and development culture
• assess training needs annually
• develop training programs and objectives
• administer training and evaluate progress through testing and in-person skill assessments
• manage training costs and tools within the departmental budget
• obtain or develop training materials
• coach managers and supervisors
• serve as subject matter expert for Cornerstone LMS
• organize training events
• evaluate completed training and modify programs as needed
• align individual development plans with available content.

Why this role
