Maintenance Technician II — Halls of Brookfield & Weatherby

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
• complete general repairs independently
• maintain curb appeal
• complete resident work orders
• provide after-hours on-call availability
• conduct unit make-readies, including painting, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning as needed
• perform quarterly preventive maintenance checks
• assist neighboring properties
• pick up supplies from area vendors
• report health and safety concerns
• work approved overtime as needed
• participate in company, HVAC, safety, HUD, and LIHTC maintenance training.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience. HVAC EPA Type II certification is preferred.
