The Capital Markets Business & Technology Co-op is an onsite role at Cabot Properties’ Boston headquarters for the January–June 2027 cycle, paying $27–$29 per hour. Working with the Capital Markets team, the co-op supports business analysis, technology-enabled product improvements, and process changes. The role helps translate team needs into practical initiatives, analyze data, and coordinate project execution and communication.

What you'll do

• Evaluate workflows and recommend improvements
• document current and future processes, requirements, and procedures
• support evaluation, development, testing, and implementation of tools, product enhancements, and reporting solutions
• gather and analyze business and operational data
• prepare presentations and project updates
• develop project plans, track milestones, and communicate risks and status
• collaborate with Capital Markets and internal teams.
