IT Support Specialist (Tier 1)

What you'll do

• Provide Tier 1 support for Windows 11, macOS, and Microsoft 365
• diagnose hardware and desktop software issues
• provide onsite and remote support to offsite locations
• configure, install, upgrade, and maintain desktop and laptop systems
• set up workstations and peripherals
• administer Active Directory accounts, groups, and permissions
• deploy and support VoIP phones
• manage and document helpdesk tickets
• maintain technical documentation
• participate in after-hours and on-call support rotations as needed.
