What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property staff
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial real estate areas
• monitor access points and report suspicious conditions or policy violations
• respond to incidents and alarms
• prepare reports and maintain activity logs and patrol records.
