Shelter Housing Specialist

What you'll do

• Conduct field outreach to locate housing solutions
• interview clients and engage brokers, landlords, and community contacts
• escort clients to apartment viewings
• assist with lease negotiations, utilities setup, and move-in logistics
• support housing applications and track approvals and denials
• conduct workshops
• coordinate case conferences
• document activities and prepare status reports.
