What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems
• handle minor plumbing and basic electrical repairs
• complete carpentry, painting, and patching tasks
• inspect facilities for maintenance needs and safety concerns
• assemble furniture and install fixtures
• perform simple landscaping and seasonal cleanup, including snow removal and post-weather cleanup
• assist with bank events
• maintain tools and supplies
• respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
• keep records and follow safety procedures and company policies.
