What you'll do

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and assess functional status using standardized and non-standardized tests
• develop and implement individualized treatment programs and goals
• prepare discharge and home treatment plans
• educate patients and families
• monitor outcomes and communicate recommendations to providers
• recommend and train patients and caregivers in orthotics and assistive equipment
• document assessments, diagnoses, and treatment
• prepare reports and assign billing codes
• participate in professional development
• may serve as a clinical instructor or supervise assigned staff when applicable.
