Fleet Detailer Assistant Supervisor — City Bus Operations

What you'll do

• Assist with daily fleet-detailing operations
• assign tasks and help oversee the team
• monitor attendance, clock-ins, breaks, and productivity
• inspect completed buses
• clean and detail bus interiors and exteriors, including sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, window cleaning, and trash removal
• train and support employees
• ensure proper use of chemicals, equipment, and PPE
• communicate with supervisors and team members
• help resolve daily operational or employee concerns
• follow OSHA and company safety procedures.

Why this role

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 PM–3:30 AM; weekend work may be required. Requirements include age 21 or older, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and a high school diploma or GED. Two years of fleet-detailing and supervisory experience are preferred.
