What you'll do

• Manage home-park operations and build a reliable team
• supervise park managers, supervisors, and employees

• develop strategies for revenue and profit goals
• conduct evaluations and improvement plans
• oversee training, hiring, schedules, timekeeping, vendors, safety audits, maintenance coordination, opening and closing procedures, compliance, and customer complaint resolution.
