What you'll do

• Respond to prospective and current residents by phone, email, and in person
• conduct property tours
• market available units through advertising, social media, and online listings
• process applications, credit and background checks, and references
• prepare lease agreements and maintain records
• collect rent, fees, and deposits
• coordinate move-in and move-out inspections
• submit maintenance requests and inspect common areas and vacant units.
