Disaster Recovery Technician

The Disaster Recovery Technician position is a full-time, onsite field role in the Village of Williamsburg, VA, with pay of $18–$22 per hour based on experience. What you'll do

• Respond to property-damaging events
• assess damage and inspect moisture
• document property and contents
• set up drying equipment
• perform demolition of damaged structural components
• apply water mitigation and mold remediation techniques
• record job data and photographs
• communicate with homeowners and answer questions
• work safely in hazardous environments
• participate in an on-call schedule.
