What you'll do

• Act as Director of Health and Wellness in their absence
• oversee day-to-day health and wellness department functions, resident care, and assigned personnel
• support adherence to policies, standards, and regulations
• represent nursing to state and county licensing agencies in the director’s absence
• supervise staff, including hiring, evaluations, discipline, orientation, and training
• assist with nursing policy development
• oversee resident-care duties and act as a wellness nurse when assigned
• assist marketing with community tours
• oversee assigned admission eligibility assessments
• participate in the Manager on Duty rotation.
