The Warehouse Lead, First Shift role is onsite in Waukesha, WI, Monday–Thursday from 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Compensation is $29–$34 per hour. The lead takes ownership of the Materials Department and leads a team of seven in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role coordinates material flow and inventory operations while coaching and holding team members accountable. It supports production and related departments through accurate inventory transactions, cycle counting, FIFO practices, and material traceability.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and hold a team of seven accountable
• manage priorities and coordinate material flow
• use ERP and inventory systems for troubleshooting and transactions
• conduct cycle counting and apply FIFO and material traceability practices
• work across Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other departments
• use Microsoft Excel and communicate and solve problems effectively.
