What you'll do

• Develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures
• conduct pre-employment medical examinations and annual employee tests, including N95 fit testing where required
• provide care for work-related injuries
• review return-to-work documentation
• provide first aid or liaise with the Emergency Department as needed
• advise departments on employee health
• consult with Human Resources on workers’ compensation
• monitor policy compliance and complete required reports.
