Business Engagement Specialist — Out-of-School Youth

The role supports the full candidate-to-placement process and provides ongoing job support to promote retention and success.

What you'll do

• Develop relationships with local employers, youth-serving organizations, and post-secondary institutions
• partner with WorkOne business services to convert leads into work experience, on-the-job training, or employment opportunities
• conduct local outreach and recruitment
• manage screening, applications, interviews, and hiring coordination
• conduct job analyses before placement
• provide on- and off-site support to placed youth
• educate employers on ADA compliance and reasonable accommodations
• create marketing materials and campaigns.
