What you'll do

• Support MDS assessments and care planning
• ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, Medicare requirements, PDPM, case-mix, and billing accuracy
• mentor and train MDS coordinators
• collaborate with the Regional Director of Clinical Reimbursement
• support centers during staffing transitions, audits, and high census periods
• travel overnight within the assigned region.
