The Remote Board-Certified Behavior Analyst role is remote within Arizona, with travel to local Cortica clinics required up to twice per month. Compensation is $95,772–$120,545 per year, plus bonus opportunities. Cortica provides neurodiversity-affirming care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences through a transdisciplinary team. The analyst oversees clinical programming for patients receiving applied behavior analysis treatment and leads behavior technicians. The role supports individualized, collaborative care by supervising cases, working with families and clinicians, and guiding treatment toward meaningful outcomes.

What you'll do

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
• lead and support behavior technicians
• supervise cases and determine when telehealth is clinically effective
• collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinicians on individualized care plans
• average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks
• travel to local Cortica clinics up to twice per month
• maintain current BCBA certification and Arizona residency.
