What you'll do

• Climb trees using DdRT/MRS and SRT/SRS systems
• safely and productively lead a crew providing arboricultural care
• apply the H.O.P.E. jobsite hazard and planning process
• prune, thin, and remove deadwood
• install cables, bracing, and lightning protection systems
• remove hazardous trees
• mentor crew members through the Davey Career Development Program
• maintain, prepare, and operate tools and equipment including chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts. Travel expectations are up to 25%.
