What you'll do

• Assist with property operations, maintenance, service, and repair
• participate in preventive maintenance
• and complete guest requests and work orders. Perform guest-room upkeep such as vinyl repair, paint touch-ups, minor furniture repair, caulking, tile repairs, and light-bulb replacement. Conduct quarterly maintenance on equipment and areas including HVAC, laundry, kitchen equipment, meeting rooms, pool, and hot tub. Assist with plumbing and equipment repairs, respond to alarms, report safety concerns, and support pool and spa health-code requirements.
