What you'll do

• Oversee leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations
• implement property procedures
• ensure LIHTC and Section 8 compliance and maintain tenant records
• prepare budgets and financial reports
• monitor financial performance and rent collection
• address resident concerns and organize community activities
• coordinate maintenance and inspections
• supervise and train staff
• build relationships with community organizations and agencies.
