The Behavioral Health Clinical Assistant, St. Charles role is onsite in Saint Charles, IL, with pay of $20–$23 per hour. Relief Mental Health provides a continuum of mental health interventions and responds to evolving patient needs. The role supports providers, patients, and clinic workflow across Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, Spravato, medication management, and IV ketamine services. By handling clinical and administrative tasks from intake through ongoing treatment, the Clinical Assistant helps maintain an efficient, patient-centered care experience.

What you'll do

• Greet and assist patients and visitors
• review patient paperwork
• administer and score assessments, including the C-SSRS as needed
• respond to patient calls, voicemails, and emails
• schedule appointments and maintain patient demographics, data, billing, notes, and medical records in the EHR
• prepare and maintain examination and treatment rooms
• obtain and record medical histories and test results
• assist with point-of-care testing, vital signs, pharmacy calls, and medication prior authorizations
• support administrative tasks and inventory
• follow clinic protocols and healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.
