What you'll do

• Supervise assigned locations and staff
• recruit, onboard, train, schedule, and evaluate employees
• lead promotions and projects
• monitor labor costs, cash counts, safe sheets, and deposits
• address customer and employee concerns
• monitor regulatory and safety compliance
• support gaming equipment and troubleshoot minor terminal issues
• travel around the assigned region as needed.
