The Program Coordinator, Dispute Resolution Center (DRC) role is hybrid in Richmondville, NY, with 2.5 days per week based there and 2.5 days of outreach in Otsego and Chenango Counties. Pay is $22.00 per hour. Catholic Charities works to strengthen communities and help individuals navigate life’s challenges through compassionate service. The coordinator supports conflict resolution through mediation and related services. By managing intake and cases, preparing mediators and documentation, and coordinating with program leadership, the role helps the DRC deliver organized and effective services.

What you'll do

• Obtain and maintain mediator certification
• conduct client intake, screening, and case management
• prepare case materials and instructions for mediators
• collect and organize post-resolution documentation
• update the DRC Program Director
• support mediator candidates with observations, mentoring, and apprenticeship activities
• provide coordinator coverage and assist with case coordination across program areas.
