What you'll do

• Maintain, repair, and renovate rental units, buildings, and grounds
• perform basic carpentry, glazing, electrical, plumbing, and painting work
• mow, trim, and maintain grounds
• remove snow and ice
• conduct preventive maintenance and housing inspections
• maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment
• respond to work orders
• assist with move-in, move-out, and annual inspections
• report hazards and housekeeping concerns
• assist with purchasing and stocking maintenance supplies.
