Customer Service Representative

Compensation is $0 per year. The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Frisco, TX or Grimes, IA. The position supports National Carwash Solutions’ Aftermarket Parts & E-Commerce team, which helps car wash operators obtain the parts they need to keep equipment running. The representative manages customer requests from inquiry through order fulfillment, processing orders, resolving issues, and coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams. The role contributes to accurate, timely service and a reliable customer experience.

What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and e-commerce support channels
• process parts orders in the ERP/order management system
• provide order status, tracking, and delivery updates
• resolve order, shipping, billing, and return issues
• identify replacement parts
• coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and inventory teams
• process warranty claims and return authorizations
• maintain CRM/ERP records
• recommend relevant parts and products
• escalate complex issues
• meet call/case volume, accuracy, and customer satisfaction goals.
