What you'll do

• Delivering attentive, knowledgeable service from greeting through farewell.
• Guiding guests through the menu with confident recommendations and pairings.
• Executing proper steps of service including order accuracy, course timing, and table maintenance.
• Presenting and serving wine using established fine dining standards.
• Anticipating guest needs and handling special requests with grace.
• Coordinating with the kitchen, sommelier, and management to deliver a seamless experience.
• Maintaining a polished section and impeccable side work.
