What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities
• coordinate HCAA, FAA, contractors, designers, consultants, airport operations, and other stakeholders
• monitor scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, risk, documentation, commissioning, and turnover
• review schedules, progress reports, RFIs, submittals, change requests, pay applications, and other documentation
• coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, acceptance, and closeout
• prepare executive-level status reports. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification, a valid driver’s license, and at least ten years of construction management experience.
