What you'll do

• Field inbound leads, ask screening questions, and assess fit and readiness before handoff
• schedule qualified calls and meetings for sales staff or Account Executives
• manage main-line inbound calls by routing or resolving them
• assist with client onboarding and initial account setup after conversion, including implementation support when requested
• support the revenue enablement team
• maintain metrics for call volume, meetings set, and lead quality.
