Human Resources Business Partner

What you'll do

• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, engagement, talent development, and retention
• align staffing and people practices with business priorities
• advise on organizational structure, staffing, workload, transitions, employee relations, performance, attendance, corrective action, investigations, and policy interpretation
• coach managers
• analyze HR metrics and recommend actions
• support HR initiatives
• apply policies and employment requirements consistently
• and represent People Operations in meetings and workgroups.

Why this role

Requires six or more years of progressive HR experience, including consultative partnership with managers and leaders. A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is considered. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or comparable certification preferred.
