What you'll do

• Enter and report project data in COINS
• assist with construction schedules in MS Project
• assemble and track subcontracts, change orders, insurance, billings, lien releases, and certified payroll
• issue and track purchase orders and material arrivals
• collect timecards and maintain manpower lists
• assemble project binders
• assist with daily field reports
• gather customer contractual documents
• review open commitments and follow up before project closeout.
