What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day front-of-house operations
• build a welcoming guest atmosphere
• help with recruitment and hiring
• train crew members and develop future leaders
• maintain a clean, organized line and functioning equipment
• manage food safety practices including line temperatures, handwashing, glove use, and shelf-life monitoring
• communicate menu, policy, and benefit changes
• resolve customer incidents
• assist with banking, cash handling, and paperwork
• facilitate marketing, promotions, and events.
