The Registered Nurse (RN) 3–11 Supervisor position is onsite in Wall Township, NJ, working the 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. shift with rotating weekends, holidays, overtime, or emergency coverage as assigned. What you'll do

• Supervise and support nursing and assigned staff
• conduct rounds and monitor care, treatments, medications, documentation, and care-plan interventions
• provide direct nursing care when needed
• assess changes and initiate interventions
• coordinate admissions, transfers, discharges, emergencies, and handoffs
• communicate with residents and families
• address fall prevention and infection control
• coach staff
• protect resident rights and report suspected abuse or neglect
• respond to staffing shortages and emergencies
• participate in quality monitoring
• follow applicable federal and New Jersey requirements.

Why this role
