What you'll do

• Greet residents, visitors, prospective residents, and families

• maintain key and gate-pass logs
• process work-order, incident, and concern reports
• assist departments with administrative functions
• follow up on resident, family, and employee concerns
• monitor surveillance and safety systems and investigate unusual activity when asked.
