What you'll do

• Serve as a brand ambassador
• process deposits, withdrawals, account openings, and inquiries
• explain and refer relevant products
• maintain knowledge of products, services, and procedures
• research and resolve member concerns, including card issues
• process mail transactions
• communicate through phone, text, chat, video, and email
• follow security, compliance, and fraud-prevention procedures
• support branches
• conduct outbound calls
• participate in training
• work evenings and Saturdays as required.
