The Audio Visual/Video Teleconferencing (AV/VTC) Technician role is onsite in McLean, VA, supporting U.S. Government facilities. Compensation is not specified. Agil3 Technology Solutions provides AV/VTC installation, operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support for government customers. The technician keeps audiovisual and conferencing systems operational for meetings, classrooms, presentations, and other scheduled activities. The role supports users and events, resolves equipment issues, documents service work, and coordinates with IT and engineering teams when problems involve network, systems, or cybersecurity concerns.

What you'll do

• Configure, operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot AV/VTC systems
• perform operational checks
• support meetings, conferences, presentations, and classroom instruction
• set up equipment and verify audio, video, display, camera, microphone, and conferencing functions
• troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and peripheral issues
• escalate network, systems, or cybersecurity issues
• assist users and coordinate VTC sessions
• respond to tickets and document resolutions
• coordinate with IT service desk, systems administrators, and network engineers
• install, relocate, test, and maintain equipment
• support equipment inventory, records, and documentation
• coordinate vendor support as needed.
